Not Quiet a 4 or 5

From the menu bar you can select the preference and then select the Preference again. Once at that location you can select ‘Time Format’ which doesn’t change any thing.

Other than that defect it seems to work as stated.

BY THE WAY - there is a time that ends up in the bottom left of a finished TIMER but I will be darn if I can see what its used for other than a fixed point in time?????
